Starch dryer delivered to Ukraine
In July 2017, our company delivered a starch dryer from our factory to Ukraine. It will be shipped from Qingdao Port to Odessa Port in Ukraine. The ship’s transportation takes about 26 days.
In order to ensure that there is no damage during transportation and save transportation costs for customers, we did not assemble starch dryers. Therefore, all equipment and accessories can be placed in a 20-foot container. And only one truck is enough to carry it.
This is a complete set of starch dryers for drying potato starch with an output of 500kg per hour. Our starch dryer requires that the input wet starch moisture is about 40%, and the final potato starch moisture content is about 18%. In order to ensure that our starch dryer works better, we use our own hot blast stove together. Its fuel is coal, and every ton of starch dried
, Coal consumption is about 120kg.
When the starch dryer arrives in Ukraine as scheduled, our company will send professional engineers to Ukraine for installation.
